There are days when we don't even know what we're doing. Are we crazy? Why do we have to sail between Paros and Naxos in 10 Bft? Because we can and it feels great after conquering the route. Others need a psychiatrist to cope with life, we go sailing.

Es gibt Tage, da könnte man denken, wir wären verrückt. Warum müssen wir bei 10 Bft zwischen Paros und Naxos segeln? Weil das Wetter eben kein Wunschkonzert ist und wir es können. Natärlich sind 3 Bft. von schräg achtern unsere Lieblingssituation aber auch harte Tage fühlen sich toll an. Nach so einer Strecke ist es wie am Gipfelkreuz eines 3000ers angekommen zu sein. Andere brauchen einen Psychiater für´s Leben > wir gehen einfach segeln.

Do you think that you can change course by virtue of your position without your people in the company? Then come on board and try it out in 20 knots of wind on the huge regatta rudder wheel, without the help of the "jib monkeys" who only operate the headsail. I promise you: you will keep going straight. And so there are many things that a sailing boat has in common with a management team. Learn, understand and have fun doing it.

Dann komm zu uns an Bord und probiere, bei 20 Knoten Wind am riesigen Regatta-Ruderrad, ohne Hilfe der „Fockaffen“, die das Vorsegel bedienen, abzubiegen. Ich verspreche Dir: Du segelst geradeaus weiter. Und so gibt es vieles, was ein Segelboot mit einer Führungsmannschaft gemeinsam hat. Lerne, verstehe und habe Spaß dabei.
